With the passage of the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the U.S. educational community has a unique opportunity and responsibility to invest wisely in our most precious resource for the future — our children.

ARRA provides an "extraordinary opportunity to improve education outcomes for children most in need" (ELL Working Group, March 2009). Santillana USA's commitment continues to focus on helping all students, but especially at-risk, migrant, immigrant, English Language Learners (ELL), and children with special needs, providing effective, innovative instructional programs and professional development services.

Together, we can make a difference in the future of our students and achieve the goals of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
